If you decide to cancel, let us know in writing with a 30 day notice. If you cancel then decide to rejoin, you will be asked to pay the enrollment fee again.

Additional Services Provided with an Extra Fee

Home visits ($99 within a 10 mile radius).
Dermatologic procedures including shave biopsy ($30) punch biopsy ($30), skin tag removal (first 3 free then $2 per tag), cryotherapy (first 3 free then $2 per lesion), cyst removal ($50), hypertrophic scar (Keloid) injection($30).
Urgent care procedures including wound repair (with stitches or glue, $30), splinting ($40).

Joint injections and aspirations($30).
Ganglion cyst aspiration($20).
In-grown toenail removal($40).
